The reference air acts upon a diaphragm and opposing spring to actuate the valve, which is supplied as a modular system designed to be used in a host of custom, industrial and automotive applications. The GVA series actuators include Milspec Diaphragms and can be specified with a range of base springs. The V-band mounting system can be adapted to virtually any application where valve diameter and actuation stroke requirements are within specification.
The Turbosmart GVA Series of Gas Valve Actuators are derived from the proven and multiple award winning GenV External Wastegate Series. These Gas Valve Actuators take the Motorsport and Industry proven performance and reliability of the GenV poppet style external wastegate technology and provide a modular platform where the design restrictions of the Turbosmart range of wastegate bodies are no longer the limitation.
Need a small, low volume or one off external wastegate where our GenV CompGate40 won't work? Take a look at the GVA40 Gas Valve Actuator 40mm system instead and see where your creativity gets you. The GenV range has more features, options and performance than any other gate.

A direct fit upgrade to all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates and feature our unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for easy, 360-degree optional routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, optional liquid-cooling provision, 1/8? NPT reference ports and are provided with the full range of available springs.

Features
Integrated Control In Cap Technology
Base Spring Pressure 7 PSI
Class Leading Thermal Performance
Class Leading CFD Driven and Bench Validated Flow Performance
Class Leading Fatigue Resistance
Optional Liquid Actuator Cooling
Optional Position Sensor Available Separately
Rotatable / Clock-able Actuator Housing
50mm V-Band Fitment
Nitronic 60 Valve Guide and High Temp 347 SS Body
17-7 PH Stainless Steel Springs
Strap Type V-band clamps
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1099/8923/2989/files/media_9a86b66f-5498-4632-ab45-51886570671c.jpg?v=1790866956
ts-0553-1312
GenV HyperGate45HP 35psi Black
The GenV HyperGate45 HP external wastegate is a motorsport-proven, cost-effective 45mm external wastegate with base spring pressure options of up to 50psi!
